Description

Porcelain white PLA+ brings a clean, bright finish to prints that need to last. The toughened formula resists drops and daily wear, making it a smart pick for household items, vases, and decor that standard PLA would crack. The white surface also takes paint well for post-processing. It keeps the beginner-friendly printing experience — no heated chamber, minimal warping, low odor.

Why choose this filament

  • Tougher, less brittle parts than standard PLA
  • Clean porcelain white — great for home items and paint jobs
  • Prints as easily as regular PLA
  • Batch-tested and vacuum-sealed with desiccant

Printing Tips for PLA+

The toughened formula prints with the same ease as standard PLA but tolerates a wider window. Run 210–220 °C with a 60 °C bed: the higher end of the range improves layer bonding, and better layer bonding is what turns extra toughness into real impact resistance in the finished part. Cooling behaves like PLA — full fan after the first layer, no enclosure required.

  • For load-bearing parts use 0.2 mm layers, 3 perimeters and 40–60% infill
  • Hold speeds at 40–80 mm/s; the modified polymer prefers a steady, even flow
  • Brass nozzles are fine — the material carries no abrasive additives

Storage and Batch Quality

Toughened PLA+ still benefits from dry storage. Keep unopened spools sealed with the supplied desiccant, and if a spool has sat open in humid air for weeks, dry it at 45–50 °C for 4–6 hours before printing. Diameter is measured across the full spool at ±0.02 mm, every batch is 100% mechanically wound and tangle-checked, then vacuum-sealed with desiccant — the same spool-to-spool consistency whether you order 5 kg or 500 kg.

Applications: vases and planters, home decor, cosplays and props, paintable prints.
