From Raw Material to Ready-to-Print Spool
Every spool is produced in-house at our Jinhua factory, through a short but strictly controlled process:
- Raw material selection — virgin resin pellets only, no recycled fillers
- Precision extrusion — filament diameter monitored in real time
- Cooling & winding — tight, even winding prevents tangles and feeding issues
- Drying & vacuum packing — every spool sealed with desiccant before boxing
