Batch-tested Yellow PETG Filament 1.75mm – 1kg Impact-Resistant

High-visibility yellow PETG for safety-colored parts and outdoor gear that lasts.

– Diameter: 1.75 mm, tolerance ±0.02 mm
– Nozzle temp: 220–250 °C · Bed: 60–80 °C
– 1 kg vacuum-sealed spool with desiccant
– OEM colors and private label available

Description

Batch-tested yellow PETG for parts that must be seen and trusted. The high-visibility color suits safety equipment, tool holders, and outdoor gear, while the filament resists impact, moisture, and UV far better than PLA. Every spool passes diameter and printability checks before packing, so extrusion stays steady from the first meter to the last.

Why choose this filament

  • High-visibility yellow — ideal for safety equipment and tools
  • High impact resistance and durability
  • Weather and UV resistant — color stays bright outdoors
  • Minimal warping, no heated chamber required

Printing Tips for PETG

PETG bridges the gap between easy-to-print PLA and tough engineering plastics. Run the nozzle at 230–245 °C and the bed at 70–80 °C, and slow the first layer to about 20 mm/s so the part locks down without a brim. Keep part cooling low — around 30–50% — which is enough to sharpen detail without weakening the layer bond that gives PETG its impact resistance.

  • Leave a little extra nozzle clearance: PETG is tacky and over-extrusion builds up on the hotend
  • A PEI sheet, or glass with a light glue stick, releases PETG cleanly without tearing the surface
  • Hold flow rates around 40–60 mm/s for strong, glassy layers

Storage and Batch Quality

PETG absorbs moisture faster than PLA, and wet PETG shows it immediately as popping, stringing and cloudy layers. Keep sealed spools with the desiccant pack, and dry an opened spool at 65 °C for 3–4 hours before a long or load-bearing print. Every batch is measured across the full spool at ±0.02 mm and vacuum-sealed the day it is extruded, so performance stays consistent from your first order to your fiftieth.

Applications: safety-colored parts, tool holders, outdoor equipment, machine accessories, brackets and mounts.
