Green ABS Filament 1.75mm – 1kg

A vivid green ABS that combines tough, heat-resistant performance with a fresh color. Great for RC parts, outdoor gear and functional prints.

– High toughness and heat resistance for demanding parts
– Durable, impact-resistant prints that survive daily use
– Neatly wound 1kg spool, vacuum-sealed for dryness
– Smooth 1.75mm extrusion with consistent color

Description

Green ABS pairs the engineering strength of ABS with a fresh, distinctive color. It prints into tough, heat-resistant parts that hold up to drops and daily wear — a solid pick for RC upgrades, tooling aids and functional prints that should still look sharp.

Why choose this filament

  • Fresh green color — easy-to-spot parts for RC models, tools and gear
  • High toughness & heat resistance — parts that survive drops, heat and daily use
  • Durable functional parts — ideal for RC upgrades, jigs and brackets
  • Stable 1.75mm extrusion — smooth feeding with consistent diameter

Printing Tips for ABS

ABS shrinks as it cools, so the two things that matter most are a hot, stable chamber and a well-prepped bed. Print at 240–250 °C with a 90–100 °C bed and keep the enclosure closed at 40–50 °C for the whole job. Cooling should stay off or very low — ABS bonds to itself far better when it cools slowly, and a draft mid-print is the fastest way to split a part.

  • Enclose the printer and block drafts; open-frame printing warps or cracks ABS
  • Run the part-cooling fan at 0–20% only; full cooling causes layer separation
  • Acetone vapour smoothing after printing gives a glossy, injection-moulded finish

Storage and Batch Quality

ABS tolerates moisture better than the PLA family, but dried filament always prints cleaner and with less odour. Store spools sealed with desiccant, and if a spool has been open in humid air, dry it at 70–80 °C for 3–4 hours before use. Every batch is measured across the full spool at ±0.02 mm, mechanically wound, tangle-checked and vacuum-sealed with desiccant before boxing.

Applications

RC parts and upgrades, tooling aids, outdoor gear, brackets and durable everyday prints.
